Yes. But it was already out a few days ago. I am currently waiting for translation for chapter 2. See my vol. 18 chapter 1 spoiler a few posts above for more details.

Would anyone like to clue me in on to what 烈風の騎士姫 translates into?

Well, on wikipedia it says 烈風, ("Strong Gale"), and 騎士姫 could vague translate to knight lady (coz baron is not the right class and Dame doesn't sound quite right)

Finished 18 myself yesterday,

and yeah, we'll see more actions on 19, 18 is more like a pre-arc with that big secret unveiled. I dont see the problem with that happening though. if it were really happened, so what? people still can live there just like in Albion. and the thing wont move around(or so I guess) so there wont be a problem with country's teritory where it's located.
and people wont just fell down when it happened will they? so they dont have to do anything anyway.

a rather weak plot for a reason to start a war...

I'm wondering one thing which maybe other people have mentioned before here, as to why Tifania doesnt call her familiar. her familiar must be the one with rune on his chest, and considering he doesnt have any description on that 始祖ブリミル's song he must be the strongest of all four.

as for me, I hope the guy would be saito so he'll have 2 rune

Almost, almost. Saito backs out in the end but I haven't read the volume so I can't give you much more than that.

Well according to vol 13 chapter 6

He found an England ROF, an AK 47 (used and discarded if i remember correctly), some guns, darts, swords of all kinds, cannon-like stuff, missile-launcher-like things and even a part of a Jet fighter plane. And of course, the No.324 Tiger Panzerkampfwagen. Previously they found a Vietnam-era M72 LAW rocket launcher.

For weapons to match mahou, I believe rocket launchers and heavy machine guns would be ideal against mahou in close quarter battle, and a Katana won't go amiss. For other occasions, give Saito any WWII or post-WWII era main battle tank will do. Planes? For pure sky dominance give Saito a Nakajima J9Y Kikka. That should give the elfs something to think about.

who is this "mahou" you're talking about?can't you post a decent and coherant summary like serenade beta used to do for the previous vol.?it would be very much apreciated.

mahou means magic it can also sometimes be translated as Magus or Magi (someone who wields magic)

I think some people actually wants to be completly spoilered and do not care about the size of the spoiler, it because that they donot know japanese and dont care to wait for baka-tsuki translation
