Princess Tutu - not about dancing as such, but all the characters are ballet dancers

I do not find that a interesting topic either. That is just my taste I guess. I just would not waste my my time wanting to see fictional characters dancing when my children dances for me all day and it is more amusing.

Princess Tutu, seconded.

Then there's the Hana Yori Dango movie (well, it's short like an OVA).

i dunno man, i think thats up to the authors skill. I mean one of them took the boring job of bread baking into some sort of epic journey or something lol. and not to mention sports = =.. tennis? basketball?

It's also interesting that person find it useful to "waste his time" leaving such a message "when his children dance for him all day and it is more amusing."

Note: I took the liberty to assume a male gender, instead of female. My apologies if I got it wrong.

Dancing is quite demanding: to be able to make guality stories about it you should be at least able to understand how to be a dancer, actor, musician, storywriter etc. etc.

If we follow old code that mastering something takes 4 hours every day, 7 day on week and 5 years on run you start to understand the problem

Besides, dancing is not demanding only when you do it. It demands quite a lot even when you just look it. Sport is much easier to master.

So ,we have 2 problems here: do we have makers? And if we have, what about potential fan base?

Also, you will not get money to make emotionally rich, musically and aesthetically demanding high scale, long, anime series from u. s. army for example.
