Hard AI is hard, though. Kanon + Eva doing a 2.5 damage combo off a poke are pain to deal with.

The AI isn't hard in Hard, compared to other games. It's really easy to predict it (heck, EVA is the easiest one to predict), and under pressure it does really bad. Unless it's Ronove, but I really doesn't abuse the 421 attack that much to be a threat.

For some reason I can't seem to get through the opening of the game, I try clicking, pressing any keyboard button, but I can't get through the menu. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

I have to share the internet with my family and I'm not allowed to touch anything router wise, or host games really.

Also I can't seem to beat a few arcade mode pairings due to the last boss spamming like no tomorrow

Well, my knowledge of Japanese is not very great (just what I've picked up from anime and such, I can only understand the voiced dialogue), well, maybe that'd be enough for this kind of game.

Anyways, I can remember some of them, but I can't guarantee anything.

Spoiler for hueg:

Kanon/Shannon


One could say this is canon, this pair starts off talking about ending their days as furniture by beating Beatrice (which is the final boss of this pair), and so they do, in the ending scene they both congratulate each other for one reason or the other, I didn't quite catch it.

Battler/Ronove


In this route all the females are unwilling to dress up and beaten by the pair so only Battler and Ronove are left. Battler thought that was the end of it since there's no more girls left, however Ronove says there's still a possible scenario they could do. Yaoi fangirls rejoice.

Eva Beatrice/Siesta 410


Evatrice, with her newly received title as the golden witch, runs on a rampage with Siesta 410, and kills everyone. After that Evatrice realizes she's the #1 most popular character and celebrates with 410, she then asks, "Hey, who's in second place in popularity?," to which 410 responds, "No one 'cause they're all dead!" Cackles were had.

Battler/Beatrice


Evatrice is causing some ruckus and is trying to take over the game after becoming the golden witch, Battler and Beato decide to have a temporary truce to defeat Evatrice. Once they're done beating up Eva, they resume their game.

Battler/Ange


Ange goes back 12 years in the past to rescue her brother from the evil witches, after she defeats Beatrice, she is sent back to her own time, or so she though...



Beatrice/Virgilia


Beatrice asks Virgilia for help after realizing that her game board is being stolen, by Ange no less. She then defeats Ange and takes back her game, and Battler...

Siesta410/Virgilia


Siesta can't find her delicious super carrot (yes, she calls it that)... she cries to Virgilia and shocked that there could be a thief around, helps her look for it. They come across Kanon who mentions Shannon found it or something. I think Shannon might've already used it and so Virgilia suggests to create something so everyone can share - carrot miso mackerel curry.

Beatrice/Eva Beatrice


Beatrice teaches the one who succeeded her, Eva, the ways of the golden witch. Unfortunately, once they're all done with the 'training,' Evatrice takes over and puts aside her respect for her successor.

Ange/Eva Beatrice


Ange asks Eva about the truth of 1986's Rokkenjima, Eva declines using the reason "You wouldn't believe me eve if I told you."

Ronove/Eva Beatrice


Ronove puts himself to service for the new Beatrice, Eva Beatrice. Once they're done, Ronove asks Eva if he can be of any service if at all, while Eva just dismisses him.

Battler/Lucifer


Battler summons Lucifer, the eldest of the seven sister stakes of purgatory, and asks her for help, Lucifer is tsundere the whole route through, and once they've beaten Beatrice and all, they decide to have a duel of their own.

Battler/Shannon


If I remember correctly, Shannon asks for Battler's help in defeating Beatrice, so she can stop being furniture and become human. Once they're done with that, Battler congratulates Shannon about her engagement.

Lucifer/410


What is this I don't even.

Virgilia/Ronove


Ronove informs Virgilia of how things are going in Beato's and Battler's game, and apparently, they're having too much fun. Virgilia then charges in and teaches them a lesson.

Beatrice/Lucifer


Beatrice summons Lucifer so she can help her with the sacrifices for the ceremony, once they've killed enough people, Beatrice dismisses Lucifer.

Kanon/Lucifer


Turns out Lucifer and Kanon can't decide which one of them is the strongest, so they go and propose a duel to Beatrice, which she then loses. After that, Beatrice is asked by the two of them which one is the strongest of the two, Beatrice finds them both really strong so she can't pick either, Kanon and Lucifer are displeased by this and ask Beatrice to fight them once again. Beatrice is very troubled these days... Oh, and 410 tagged along.

Ange/Lucifer


Ange is tired of waiting for her brother to come back, she summons Lucifer and asks her for her aid. After some tiring fights, they get to Battler and Beatrice. Ange beats Battler down to a pulp and she then tells him to ask for forgiveness or else.

That's all I can remember (or should I say, that's all the pics I took), anyway this could be off, but not by a long shot, just hoping this helps. Also no, these aren't needed to play in any specifical order or anything of the sort.

I think Evatrice is actually working to make herself number 1. In that final scene, 410 is congratulating her for being the number 1 popular character... I think the punchline though is when Evatrice asks who's number 2... not sure what 410's response was.

Battler/Ronove

I think this route is just Battler being perverted. Ronove asks Battler what sort of scenario he would make if he gets control of the gameboard - an "Oppai (boob) Harem". Even talks about how Shannon would look great in a swimsuit after Battler and Ronove defeat Shannon and Kanon (Battler dismisses Kanon saying he doens't have to do anything). Can't remember, though, why the ending turns out as it does.

Punchline was actually when Eva-Beatrice asks who's number 3 in popularity and 410 says nobody cuz they're all dead.

One ending I saw left out of your list was Kanon/Lucifer...I just beat that scenario.

Also I can't remember which route was this. Can't remember Beatrice's partner in this one or even what happened in it. I'm guessing she beat Eva or Ange as final boss and continued her shenanigans.
