Lelouch's action is a quetion of morality, Suzaku's actions are a question of idiocy/morality. The best one can argue on either stance is that they are same, but on certain actions one is, generally, worse than the other. The problem is that they alternate between who is doing the more good with their evil.

The most recent case, for instance, is Lelouch doing more good than Suzaku. But this, as has been said, falls into the whole idiocy side of Suzaku since morality was thrown out the window.

Likely because he is the antagonist for the story? It doesn't matter if they use the same methods, which they clearly do not since they have different stances on how things should be done, he is still the antagonist. How vile he is, is what is increasing, getting him closer and closer to the generally perceived idea of what an antogonist is or embodies.

An antagonist is a character or group of characters, or, sometimes an institution of a happening who represents the opposition against which the protagonist must contend. In the classic style of story where in the action consists of a hero fighting a villain, the two can be regarded as protagonist and antagonist, respectively. Now this may be a little hard for you to swallow but contrary to popular belief, the antagonist is not always the villain, but simply those who "oppose" the main character.

In some instances, a story is told from the villain's point of view, and any hero trying to stop said villain can be regarded as an antagonist. Hmmm....interesting

Which hasn't happen.....yet give it 3 hours but hey are lovely protagonist Lelouch was about add Rolo to his kill list so who knows he might have descended already with all the crap he's done but for some odd reason fans don't condemn him, I wonder why?

People generally don't condemn Lelouch because as the protagonist, we're more predisposed to like him than we would than any secondary character or the antagonist. Which is essentially the main reason why Suzaku get so much flak.

Well, if he really does it, though, it's defintively a step into a downward direction... unless he does it but becomes so horrified by his own action that he foreswears any more evil actions...

and rolo was hardly innocent in this case either...

Let me guess...Because he is the protogonist of the series Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion? Or because he is Magnificent Bastard, Chess Master, Large Ham, Villain with Good Publicity, Villain Protogonist, Well Intentioned Extremist, Pretty Boy, and loves to use Xanatos Gambit?
