Is true, those abbilties you mention arent speculation, Those are Inventions or, can you show the page with this Character doing what you already said, and I don’t want any other ability, I want the Manga Chapter and Page were this Character does exactly what you have said, and BTW, I want the page were "the writer proved it with various statements".

Even if this character turns out to be who you said it is, there is no guarantee He will have the abilities you described before.

Vague misplaced statements cant be misjudged even manipulated as proof . I follow the manga and read both the databooks there is no evidence what so ever

we dont know so much about tobi yet his acts seem to be goofy and he most probably have some strong jutsus to be matched with a bijuu...subordinate of zetsu...younger then other akatsuki member i think cuz he was referred as kid/boy by zetsu.no village headband can be seen...
