Excuses. They've been playing in those jersey's since Christmas. You just don't put up 60 and drop to 1/3 of that in another game and it's suddenly the jersey's fault. Admit to having a bad game and move along.

They haven't been playing in those jerseys since Christmas. He's worn them twice, once at Christmas where he said he didn't like them and was 0-7 on his jumper, and again during ASG where he again said he didn't like them and his jumper was off. It's not like they've been wearing these all season and had time to get used to it. I'd say it's more indicative that the jerseys are a problem when you put up 61 earlier in the week and can't buy a shot 4 days later. The Spurs weren't even contesting his shots, they never do, so as I said, they didn't "shut him down", his jumper was off.

But like I said, facts clearly aren't a factor in your opinion so there's really no point in me arguing with you.

Earn your check. You're aware of new uniforms, train in them and get used to them. If you want to nit pick, they've had the jersey's since Christmas, they knew already there would be times they would need to play in them. If you notice you are having issues, do you bitch about it, or fix it?

Can Houston get a but more respect now lol. I think we can win it all. Big game against OKC coming up hope my boy KD has a good game but that'll really affirm championship caliber status.

just the other days, Lakers got pawned by the Clippers. and today's game, the Lakers
wipe the floor with OKC...lol. OKC?! come again? the number one team on the West beaten by the worst
them on West. I guess you can't underestimate the POWER of misery! :P

Lakers: 114
OKC: 110

thanks to that lost, OKC jump down to number 2 and Spurs is now number 1 on the west.

Lebron has been playing like shit ever since the second half of the Rockets game. I think he should rest a week or something he's clearly tired.

C'mon, c'moonnn. Soooo close. Waiting for an official outcome of this has been a drawn out tease.

http://espn.go.com/new-york/nba/stor...-deal-end-week

Quote:
Phil Jackson, Knicks finalizing deal - Phil Jackson and the New York Knicks are expected to finalize a deal that will give the legendary coach control of the club's front office by the end of this week, according to a league source.

"Everything is pretty much done," the source said. "There are just some little things here and there that need to be worked out, but the Knicks are very confident that this is essentially done."

An official announcement might not come until next week, the source said.
Also, that comment. Zen Garden. Brilliant

I really don't think this is going to go as well as desperate Knick fans are hoping.

Playoff season's begun and there haven't been any posts yet?

Which teams are people rooting for? Personally, I'm rooting for OKC and the Clips, even though I'm not sure they'll make it all the way, with the Spurs being a giant Wall on the West and all.

i'm rooting for Clippers here. really hope they win champion this year, but i'm not having
high hope yet until they beat Golden State and probably Spurs as well.

i love watching the Clippers play. so far, they're 1-1 with Golden State. man, that game 2, the
clippers beat GS with 40 pts. hopefully, they can continue that pawnage & enegy...

Spurs beating Dallas like they're a joke. the West has WAY too many good teams this
year and they're battling it out like a beast. just waiting on who will be on the play-off finals now.

I'm rooting for the Rockets, and if they get eliminated, then the Spurs. I kinda want to see Duncan getting one last championship before he retires.

Me too. But if they can't even keep Dallas from giving them so much trouble in the first 2 games, I don't know how they'll stop OKC. Who BPD shouldn't be worried about making it past the Spurs, as they seem to have their number. But SA's reserves have to show up to play first.

The Spurs have quite a good chance of reaching the finals if they manage to win against the Mavs. Their worst matchups in the conference are the Rockets (0-4 against them in regular season) and OKC (0-3). The Rockets are very likely going to be out in the first round after losing the first 2 games at home against the Blazers, while OKC is up against the Grizzlies, who eliminated them last year and are also a bad matchup for them.

Glad to see there's another Clippers fan here, Xefi.

I didn't follow all that many non-Clippers games this season, so I didn't realize the Spurs had such a bad record against OKC. I respect Tim Duncan and the Spurs though, so if they end up making it to the finals, I'll root for them.

Meanwhile, looks like OKC's having trouble again. Anyone watching it live? I don't have cable, and checking the scores online isn't that informative.

--Edit--
Listening to it on the radio. Man, back-to-back 4-point plays and overtime?

I'm watching an online stream. Sent you a link.

Looks like Game 2 belongs to Memphis. Up 5 with 10.9 left.

Edit: WTF IS TONY ALLEN DOING??? .9s left and he commits a 3-point shooting foul from half court???

They closed it out after Westbrook missed the 2nd. Over to LAC vs GSW now.

I know, right?! Wasn't he the one who fouled Westbrook before OT for the 4-point play as well? Really bad fouls on his part.
