Either way, if it's a matter of power, Level 4s can't out-do a Leve 5. We don't know what Level Nayuta is, but it's obvious that you're going to need ALOT of power to screw with a Level 5's ability.

That's a big difference when a power is "Has tactical Military Value" and when a power is "Capable of taking on Armies".

At that point, there are easier technological methods, but in an outright display of power? No way.

Rikou was on her limit after using the drug for a unknown time in the series, just take if you want Railgun manga, Rikou already looked bad using Body Clear, thats why she didn't had many time to deal with Kakine.
Its just like a man fighting a young yet sick person. There is the chance for the young man to win but with the handicap the chance gets evenlower.

But that doesn't mean that Accelerator is not around when his data is being gathered. And there are lots of chance to meet each other if the project is connected to him.

Considering a well placed sniper round can technically kill most espers....

The difference between Level 5 and Level 4 is their placing on the spiritual hierachy. level 5 is closer to being/feeding the AIM Angel Network and thus more important to the plan than the normal Level 4s.

-Along with Lancis, she travels via an indoor leisure pool in order to get past security unseen.
-The bikini-type swimsuit Lancis gives her is "clearly too small for her recommended cup size".
-Lancis, the basest of the 4 New Light members, has her heart saved by negativity (I won't say specifically what).
-Security has eyes in the changing room, so they have to change in a back alley. Mikoto shyly strips and Lancis imposingly stands there completely nude. *Fuyukawa Art
-Lancis is wearing a slingshot.
-Because of security in the pool, they have to jump in the pool and Mikoto starts panicking in the water because her bikini slips to the side while Lancis is completely calm as her slingshot slips to the side revealing what no girl should allow to be seen.

-They return to the occult convenience store when a piece of heavy weaponry slams into the store in a suicide attack.

This takes place in July, so if she was confirmed to have the trembling in her body here, wouldn't that make that theory doubtful?

Thanks for the summary and picture of the new ss2 special novel with Misaka in it!
I just want to know two things real fast (anyone can answer this if they want, regardless if there right or not)

1. When did the SS2 novel came out? was a bundle pack buying railgun manga vol6?

2. Is this the last SS novel with misaka in russia? or is there a part 3?

(LAST ONE) 3. i notice the illustration is done by the railgun artist: FUYUKAWA Motoi, is that the only picture there in the novel, ex. like where the front cover & etc.

I think there has been a mistake when it comes to the word "Benikuiooguntaiari".
It should be Beniooashiguntaiari.
ベニオオアシグンタイアリ -> 紅大足軍隊蟻 -> Red Long-Legged Army Ant.
