Comdey with funny reactions

As title says im looking for comedy's where its funny yet even more hilarious when you see the characters reaction,facial expressions or whatever you call it. my favorite being seto no hanayome, i just love nagasumis reactions like him becoming all buff all a sudden and his facials expressions.

other animes ive watched similar to this type of comedy:

probably more but cant remember off top of my head so please suggest some. I don't mind the genre as long as it has a decent amount of comedy especially with fair amount of "lol" reactions per episode (although i would prefer quality over quantity, one really good "lol" moment over many tiny ones)

I love the expressions made by Sunohara and Tomoya in Clannad, it's just priceless.

Another series worthy of mention would be School Rumble, I can guarantee you'll love the expressions.

How about Hayate no Gotoku? Although, to be honest, the humor might lie more in what the characters say when they react rather than their facial reactions.

Itazura na Kiss perhaps? Kotoko's reactions and facial expressions tend to be funny.

I think One Piece has some of the best reactions ever, and definitely makes it the funniest of the shounen anime for me. Also I think it gets BETTER through most of the show. Just youtube a couple clips and I think you will understand. Heck, I don't even watch the show anymore, but I always look for new comedy scenes just for that.

tbh i never found any of that series to be funny, though however its entertaining.

For facial comedy as well as good comedy try Kyou no Go no Ni, its probably the funniest anime i've seen

also check out Soul Eater, pretty funny scenes/facials here and there

Gintama has some pretty funny expressions, mostly from Shinpachi, the most normal of the cast.

Why does this show always get slept on...I never hear people talking about Desert Punk (Sunabouza)..That show is hilarious, has action, and great facial expressions by the main character...Check it out...

I second Lovely Complex, probably some of the funniest facial expressions you'll find in shoujo anime.
Special A and Midori no Hibi have their moments as well
Also Getbackers when Ginji turns into chibi form

Honey and Clover as you like Nodame Cantabile. The two animes are very similar.

You might try Hidamari Sketch and its currently-running sequel Hidamari Sketch x365. Shinbo draws all the characters in a wide variety of manners. I'd endorse School Rumble and Toshokan Sensou as well.
