1/30 scale RX-78-2 :P Probably just a prototype for the 1/1 scale Gundam but this still raises the question... Do you think this kind of scale would make sense? I mean, at this scale the model is exactly 60cm tall. That IS a lot but in my opinion it is also just barely something that you could display on a shelf or on a table. Anything past this point would be way too big. I have always been curious whether Bandai would ever release something like this. And while this isn't anything official, personally I think it would make sense. There are many people (like myself) who love giant models afterall. |

Such models may probably be purchased by Gundam enthusiasts and shop owners who plan on using it as a display. With that in mind, I doubt they'd become mainstream because the cost and size would preclude its appeal as something people may wish to have on display. Those are merely my thoughts on the matter.

speaking of large model kits, i was really thinking about saving up for my first perfect grade, I was really looking at the PG Zeta. but with all of these new MG releases I don't think it won't happen anytime soon.
My parents just surprised me with a couple of MG's MG Turn A MG Buster Gundam MG Wing Gundam I think i'll just do a straight build for buster, but for wing i am going to paint the yellow parts gold. MG Turn A has an off white color for most of the inner frame and it is ABS Plastic so my question is, can you sand, prime and paint for that type of plastic or is it some other way i should do it. Any suggestions Last edited by derrickmc63; 2012-12-02 at 20:45. Reason: other plans |

MG Devil Gundam would be fucking gigantic and has almost zero chance of ever happening. Now maybe an HGFC Devil is one thing, but an MG is simply rediculous.
Also while MG Shining, God, and Master are old they are still very good and the Fighting Action Frame was a marvel at the time and still even after all this time is much, much better then alot of others. ZZ, Alex, and GP02A are all far worse off then any of the current 5 G Gundam MG's. |

But I was thinking about G Gundam today for a few moments and well I thought about how the MG tech that Bandai has been doing lately with the MG's from 00, Age, Unicorn, and the Seed ones, and I imagined if they did updated releases how amazing it would look. I mean for one, those horrible black stripe stickers wouldn't be used and instead have inner frame detail to replace those stickers kinda like what Bandai did with the MG Heavyarms EW. Just a thought...

DAT BOXART!
As for Suiton's post, Sorry but I have to disagree, those kits are damn good for their time and their articulation still hold its own against more modern kits Bandai needs to Version 2.0 the 0083 and the 08th MS Team MG line ASAP, its long long long overdue (will sell like hotcakes too for UC fans) |

Also, I have this wicked idea that when Bandai already done releasing all GAT-X Gundams MGs, they'll release the Deactive version of them all as exclusive items at least.

I would rather them not do that. So you think they'll do Exclusive releases in Deactive mode for: Strike Freedom Strike Freedom Strike Rouge Strike Noir Blitz Duel Assault Abyss Justice Infinite Justice Savior Aegis Providence ...etc Get real. The odds of that are less likely than my wishlist of Age and 00 MG's. Besides. The Online Exclusive stuff usually gets like 1 or 2 releases from a series...not like 10+. What we're more likely to get as online exclusives are like Age-2 Special Forces, Exia Repair 3, Age-1 Flat w/ Zefuld Launcher, etc

But as long as it's easy money for Bandai, they can do anything.
