E7E is no problem. Its nowhere like Summer 2015 final map on easy.

For everyone who tried E7H and end up clearing E7N due to constraints, how much is the gap in difficulty?

I know E7H is insane with the boss parade, wondering is E7N doable. I want the screws

I cleared E7N with 20k fuel and ammo. If you clear E1-6 in hard, E7N is definitely doable.

The formation gap between 乙 and 甲 is a joke anyway. The boss only has 1 princess type of escort and that's during the LD. There is barely any elite trash, let alone flagship (hell, even the tsu doesn't upgrade to an elite version on LD).
The same can be said with the route nodes, although node Q becomes weirdly "harder" during shelling because their formation is line ahead.

I've seen people yoloing the map without any support and managed to clear it without breaking a sweat, and that trend is generalized as long you know what you are doing.

Hmm okay thanks. Glad to know. My 69k ammo should be able to tank it then.

There is something I'm wondering about the shortcut gimmick

Do you need to S rank J,K,H,P and R?

You only need to S-rank the sub nodes. The other two are A-rank as being sufficient.

EDIT: This is ridiculous. Getting taiha on Loli SS hime node over and over again. Can't complete the second phase of the debuff due to that....

Stuck on Final Kill on E7N.

Can anyone help? Getting taiha at the first 2 nodes quite frequently....already brought node support. What else can I do?

Yes I know, I don't have enough T1.
I was initially using Yuudachi but she kept eating torps to taiha at Loli SS Hime node even when sparkled which I gave up and switched to Kawakaze who, somehow, despite a little less armor and evasion, performed better at dodging/taking hits.

I have no problems with boss, 95% day kills and only boss is alive during engagement modifier. It's just getting to boss is a little hard. I have not much problem with Kuubo Seiki Natsu Hime node and Senkan Natsu Hime node, it's just the first 2 nodes which are giving me problems. Have sparkled already but sparkling doesn't seem to work.

Any ideas? Should I bring OASW DDs? Usually boss if she survives day, she'll be taiha so usually Abukuma will clean up. My CLTs have not had the chance to attack at all because it wasn't needed.

1. Replace Swordfish with better bomber.
2. Replace Akizuki with Yura K2 equipped with three seaplane fighters. Then bring as many bombers as possible.
3. Equip all DDs for OASW.
4. If 3. isn't enough, equip all applicable escort fleet ships for OASW.

Somehow this sparkling attempt allowed me to go to the boss with no one taiha while waiting for reply. Guess I was just unlucky.

As usual, boss left alive during engagement phase, didn't use boss support at all.

Thanks everyone for the help. I hope future events difficulty gap won't be this huge anymore. It's simply too ridiculous this time round. No new ships came other than Amagiri and Luigi. Wanted Matsuwa at least but I guess I can farm for her in future events when it is easier to farm.

I finished over the weekend, and post-event celebratory LSC gave me 2 maruyu out of 4 attempts, in a row too. Luck starts after I finish the event, why not? ._.
