Remember the image posted over the Fate's Excalibur umbrella? Well I finally got it in today. As expected, the size of the umbrella is pretty big and the design is great! There is also an area where you can clip on the mini sheath on the handle.

Here we go!

Customs it seems did open the package and quite roughly too. They just tore the packaging box open but the figure was still wrapped in the tissue paper so they didn't touch the figure's packaging. Luckily.

The quality is rather good too. The only really notable difference is the hair colour. Her hair matches the colour of the two Saber Lily figures, it just looks dull compared to the vibrant yellow of the prototype.

And the Saber Tower! With Jun still on top...

Overall extremely happy with it. I'm still hanging out for a display cabinet...

Only in their boxes. I won't be removing them from the boxes until I get a proper display case.

So for now I can only look at them through the packaging... =(

I wonder if Saber Lily figma have a bootleg version. Saw one at a reputable figure shop here but I thought the figma comes exclusive with F/UC only?

Picked my copy of the LE BD UBW Movie release from CDJapan today, my Amiami limited edition blu-ray copy will most likely be delivered tomorrow as it's currently being processed by Australia Post (that's right I ordered two copies of the LE BD). I got CDJapan's version for 1800 yen in the end (about $22AUD) thanks to the frequent shopper points I accumulated and coupons I used as well. The first press bonus poster that came with CDJapan's release is actually double sided. There's also a raffle ticket included for you to send in to Geneon as they're holding a campaign for an original Fate/Stay Night calendar (limited to 500) that will be randomly given out by lucky raffle draw, I might enter it just for the sake of the campaign but I doubt I'd get selected (though you never know).

It's a huge crime that two such awesome poster ended up being double sided. How can you decide which one to have on your wall? D: I guess you don't but either side up.

Got the Amiami edition today and surprised it also came with the same first press bonus poster like CDJapan's release (it wasn't listed on their site) but in addition to that, they also included a postcard that wasn't listed either, but it was a nice addition anyway. Gave the spare copy of the poster to my little sister in the end lol.

Oh, I went to NYAF and there was this bookstore exhibitor that had a bunch of artbooks and mags. They had the new Claymore artbook but nothing else. Luckily they are located in NYC and later that day I realized I was near them (by looking on my Google map out of bordem, haha) so I took a walk and visited them. I found Sheryl's book and the UBW one.

Got my First Press Edition of UBW Tuesday morning. Just over two full business days from Tokyo to rural Victoria.

Bloody hell, I can't stuff from Melbourne that bloody quick!

Came with the poster which is what I really wanted, got it laminated and had someone wanting to buy it off me when I went to pick it up... I had news for them and it was all bad!
