My thoughts depend on what it's going to be like:

If it's a TV season: Here's hoping that SHAFT will animate the manga story lines that they pretty much skipped over last season.

If it's an OAV or movie: SHAFT better not screw it up a la the "Negima Final" movie.

Regarding that "New Anime". Guys, i pretty much thinks this is in fact the green lit for the 5th season

My hunch is:

*We may still have to wait for the HSxHoneycomb Specials since (as many of you who have read the manga know) the opening uses a LOT of scenes from manga chapters skipped in the recent season.
----When Yuno is asked to take care of a dog
----When everyone goes back on Summer except Sae & Hiro
----The trip to the theme park

*The new season will cover the rest of missing chapters from Vol 5/7 and also the contents of Vol 8 (well, this hasn't been released yet but there are chapters realeased already on manga Time Kirara Karat). and the season will end with Sae & Hiro's graduation.

The New Season is probably still 1 year away It just was announced that Hidamari WILL have a next season and we will see their graduation.

BTW, i am also gonna fell like one part of me was torn apart on the graduation.... but i fear the reaction i would get when Yuno's 3rd year ends and the series is over.

Someone said about Hiro and Sae not splitting, well, that pretty much gonna happen, since they are both going to different careers: Teaching and literature.

Still, when the series is TOTALLY over, and yuno&miyako are graduating, we're sure to see them around.

Furthermore, i bet the next school year only 1 new resident would come to the appartments and surely it would go two ways:
*She could be a reliably junior who gents fond with Yuno
*Or she could be an unsure Girl whom Yuno would help as she finds her purpose

I don't really know what the point of the news post was, other than confirming what we already knew. I guess maybe they hadn't posted it there before. That said, we do have an entire thread for the Graduation chapter anime here, so it's better to discuss it there.

Well, i pretty much wanted to show that the oficial website had confirmed it

I made a prior publication regarding the manga, but since it was considered spoiler for not being yet in the anime... (if it happened in manga but not in anime it's spoiler?) it got removed for being a spoiler.

BTW, something i have really being impatient about is the coming release of the DVDs from Sentai. However it seems we will have to wait until the next piece of HS is revealed.

No point in rushing a DVD release if "maybe" 2 specials are coming next year, right?
