FYI: Well according this SOURCE so far next programmed anime emision Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance dont have any time slot reservation nor OVAS or Special in next Fall (2013), Winter(2013/2014) or Spring(2014), so most likely We need to wait until Spring or Summer 2014?

winter 2013-2014 is out..so far only mahou sensou is said to be in it..although i did see key visuals for No Game No Life already..

I doubt it. I just looked at the neregate chart for next winter and found Mahou Sensou on it.

She does look weird to me as a LN reader, but they all look different. Maybe just to a higher degree.
