I would say "Cruelty of a Ruler". No idea about that though..

Index has a cult following since forever. I'd name it the Cult of JS06 since hes pretty much a one machine who even challenged Horizon. DxD was started by nom@n and he'll probably end it. SAO and Aira are licensed you can't do much unless you plan on going underground or you can read chinese. If a person like a series they'll fan translate, ironic enough rabid fans are one of the main reasons why people stop. Its not that this series doesn't get any love there are people who never read it only look at the pictures and think its a generic boob-centric light novel. I mean Horizon gets this problem a lot, but the anime strengthened its cult following. The fundamental flaw with depending on a translation to kick off when the anime hits is when the anime stops getting aired the momentum starts to die off.

I THINK THE PUBLISHER REPLACED THE ARTIST AND WON'T ADMIT IT . This author might be a genius at making it difficult to translate... just get really old complex dead-language words and write it in kanji and hiragana to confuse the heck out of people! The author needs to release a dictionary...
