There's a doujin that came close to this. I think, anyways...

Though I think questionable age in this series could be applied to a bunch of them. Saten could pass as a 1st year highschooler, Kuroko and even Uiharu look like elementary school just ended, etc. That's not saying I don't like an 18 yr old Kanzaki, heck I gladly welcome that stat
