I should clarify what it means to be a LEVEL 6. If someone reached LEVEL 6. It means you reached literally the state of being GOD what is defined as System. It doesn't matter what ability you had previously, when you reached the absolute power.

What the mistake here is that people are specifying that a level 6 teleporter is able to beat Accelerator. A Level 6 Anything is able to stomp Accelerator and the majority of the entire cast.
However it should be noted that Accelerator is the only one currently predicted to even able to reach such a level hence why he is the Number One with the exception of Kakine being the Spare Plan.

Pretty much by the time an esper reaches system they really can't be consider an esper or for the La Persona Superiore a Dio a magician. By that point they merely break the mold of these archetypes. Once they reach system//La Persona Superiore a Dio they simply become a full on reality warper that can do anything imaginable though unlike for example Aureolus Izzard they would merely will it into existence not verbally command and think it. The only thing I can think of in the toaru universe that is comparable and perhaps exactly this would be Aiwass.

OK, it's getting a bit derailed, so I'll add that while I too believe normal Accelerator is still stronger, I don't think he would be able to curbstomp this Mikoto. It could even get troublesome if he was to lower his guard.
