The Grimgar insert songs are for me one of the greatest parts of the show. I just love them all and want to buy them.
I still find the Shiroyuki soundtrack can have some great moments.

This season? I often don't pay super close attention to the soundtrack songs, because they're usually pretty well done and just sorta sink into the ambience. But I must say one that stood out to me was Kiznaiver's soundtrack. The "weird" bits (I struggle to find exact musical terms to describe it, but the choppy synth parts that add a bunch of tension) are really a style I enjoyed and I think fit the atmosphere for the anime very well.
