If anything he seems to be a souped up version of C.C. with the ability to teleport himself, others and even objects as big Siegfried(if Ep9 was anything to go by),hand out geass related powers like cookies(Emperor, Rolo and Jeermiah) and knows everything thats going on.

I know, but they included Jeremiah along with Charles and Rolo with the people Geass has been given to.

I don't know if you guys don't realize it.. in some ways CC is like Lelouche's mother. She has been around a long long long time. Often she praises him by referring him as a "kid." Then Lelouche calls her a "witch" and treats her as a partner in crime.

Yes, we know. The fact has been brought up so many damn times by people trying to kill the pairing that it's fact.

Your example is just a little joke between them. That's it.

Fixed for you.

Seriously, yeah, she sees him as a kid. But the kid has grown up now (Turn 11 )

Thanks so much, but the sad fact is that it's probably true.

She saw him as a kid at the start I am sure, but that changed as the first season went. The "boy" comment is just a little joke on her part since Lelouch doesn't get things sometimes. Just like he jokingly calls her "witch".

But the jokes are getting old. I want to know her real name.

I like the playfulness of course, but I want to get to the serious moments with them. The emotional ones. I want to hear him say her name so we can actually hear it and hopefully it won't be while she's dying.

By Turn 14 maybe. Well I hope because we're nearly at the mid-season already

I doubt it. It doesn't sound like much is going to happen with C.C. really and I'm not expecting much to ever happen. It's just too late now.

Why not? I thought we are progressing towards the "geass arc" or maybe is it just me

there's alot of interaction between them that we dont see on screen
this ep we find out that not only has she told him about the cult (that v.v leads it and that she used to)
we also find out that finding it has been their objective for while
if there is a plan for a romance between them this wont cut it
thats not a good way to develop a romantic relationship in a show
the geass arc that will start soon will deal with her past
but we already know she told him about it (at least about the cult part)

Arc? From the looks of the summary of Turn 14, the Cult is only prominent for that episode and that episode alone, and from what it details, the Cult either gets broken up, destroyed, or falls under Lelouch's leadership from what I've discerned.

Hmm, you may be right. Though since the cult will be featured to some extent during the next few episodes, I suppose some might name it the "Geass cult arc"...

And anyway- we know enough about the basics of her past as it is. She was once normal, was a subject of Code R, and those flashbacks in Stage 25 showed us quite a bit of what happened to her. The only aspect that hasn't really been covered- aspects, rather- are her connection to Marianne and how she became immortal in the first place.

There's also the question of who she actually is, that's a rather big one for fans.

This Geass arc seems like its going to be pretty disjointed with C.C. being in China doing the Geass Arc and Lelouch being in Ashford doing the Ashford arc.

That might not be revealed until the end or so though...

You said it. Unless we're in for more info on Geass later though...

I think so too, don't worry^^
I'm waiting for the Lelouch vs. Emporer and C.C. vs. V.V. part (=Geass arc?), but that may never happen...wouldn't be a bad grande finale though.

I don't think C.C. will stay in China the whole time, she might need to come back for some reason or Suzaku/someone else might actually suceed in capturing her and bring her to the Emporer and his "brother". Then Lelouch comes and tries to rescue her and I get my Lelouch vs. Emporer scene

Now, I always thought that C.C. and V.V. were related, and if V.V. really is the Emporer's brother, then that means C.C. is also part of the royal family, right? So she would be Lelouch's ...aunt? Well she definatly knew Marianne (they were probably friends).
Is anything about C.C.'s and Marianne's relationship known yet? Or why Marianne died?
