I know that Midnight looks like a girl with make up and all, but since he has flat cheast I assumed it's a dude.


Overally very awesome episode as it had very amazing moment that broke some of cliches. Emo villain losing to his teammate that joined just now, and main villain being smart and overlooking such trivial thing as facing 3 strong mages and one of whom is on top list.

yes a very good chapter indeed, pretty awesome really.

All tho no epic battle scenes or the sort but dialogue and build up was pretty damn good.

Well at least we know Jura lives up to his title, even tho he had some trouble beforehand.
Being caught off guard is one I can let pass...most of the time and the trouble he had fighting with Richard is justified as it seems he is also the real deal.

I was really hoping Natsu would have been turned to the darkside, that would certainly have been something.

I believe Midnight has some ability to deflect magic, which was why Natsu's fire avoided him, but Richard's ability uses the earth, a physical attack, so Midnight couldn't deflect it away, thus the loss.

Maybe there will be personification of Nirvana or some kind of Demon that controlled Gerald.

See what was done there? Instead of having some 3-chapter solo battles, the baddies were taken care of in a freakin flash! That's how it's supposed to be if you want the story to move on...very nice chapter, hoping to be surprised next week~

No, remember what what was said before... iF you get angry for someone else's sake it doesn't count as negative emotion... it only counts when you get angry for yourself, and right now, Jura is angry for Wendy's sake

I think it's pretty much a given that we'll see more side-swapping before the arc is over. For example, Brain can just turn off the machine or something and Hoteye is an enemy again. Or perhaps turn it up to a higher setting and brainwash Jura even without the negative feelings. I doubt this'll end soon.

I don't think that would work, because even if they change sides again their experiences will remain, so Hoteye could decide to quit OS for good. Isn't Brain out for the count?

i doubt Richard would change side again. The OS is done, there is no point for him even if he is normal again to change side. He is currently buddies with Jura, one of the high mages, he knows he will most likely get off with probation if he plays his card right and can use the Jura's influance to search for his brother.

If he does return to the dark side, it could lead to a character moment where Richard is conflicted between his original loyalties and his new friendship.

Though I kinda disliked the rather anticlimatic ending though. Just when u feel that 'uh oh', one guy comes out and just owned the boss... feels weird

Jura shows why he is one of the ten, and defeats Brain pretty handily, but not before Brain promises that Midnight will take revenge for the Six.

So apparently Midnight has some sort of special ability that awakens all his power when the other members of the Six fall. He owns Richard in a matter of moments, and is fully healed.

Nirvana is still headed for Wendy's guild on autopilot, and they can't find a way to stop it. Wendy heals Natsu from Cobra's Poison, but still worries because Natsu is still sick from motion-sickness, so she uses Sky Magic to get rid of his motion sickness, which Natsu is INCREDIBLY grateful for.

Natsu: Please Teach me that! spell!
Wendy: I can't, it's Sky Magic.

Guess they make a perfect team in that regard, lol.

Wendy starts to get upset that Nirvana won't stop, but Natsu claims he will stop it to return the favor. Midnight is on the move however.

Still no sign of Erza or Gerard, bet they will show up to stop Nirvana at the 11th hour, or deal with Midnight themselves.
