Atem, by kukui, its included in the album Hikari no Rasenritsu.

By the way, this is a little bit of trivia that I was slow to clue-in to... I saw a few people commenting that they were disappointed that kukui wasn't doing the ED for the new anime, but I didn't realize that the actual composer and arranger for the new song Alternative, performed by Annabel, is the same: myu. So this basically means that they reunited essentially all the music talent for the new anime, except the singer for the ED changed. I also didn't know that Annabel is herself from Buenos Aires originally (her father was Japanese, and mother Argentinian), and it was actually when she started working with myu that she made her major debut with Lantis 4 years ago. Trivia! The CD single for Alternative will be released on August 7.

Just want to add a bit of info to your post, while she did make her "solo debut" with Myu as the composer 4 years ago she did sing the ED of Higurashi's 2nd season as part of anNina, seems like in this case the composer wanted to share the billing unlike Myu.

I think that's a bit uncalled for. They are still releasing stuff under the anNina unit name. Maybe they are friends? Or maybe it just makes sense for them? Does it really matter?

You could say the same about kukui, which is a myu+Shimotsuki unit. What's more they went with refio+Shimotsuki for the first Rozen ending theme.

The Zurückspulen OST was already released on last week, IINM.

By the way I'm waiting to receive the OST (alongside a figurine), which may come to my home within this 2-3 days.

Really enjoying the OST. It's the one I wanted the most from this season. Mayakashi no Sekai is an especially beautiful track (the BGM from Kirakishou's physical manifestation in the world).
