Done. Been a while since the last time Teruyama had been this badass.
Spoiler for spoiler:
I don't think the arc has much left, in fact, I won't be surprised if it ends in the next 5 chapters. The two fronts outside the headquarters are pretty much decided (Setsuna and Kuchinashi have absolutely no chance against the powered up Teruyama and the holder of the most powerful fragment in terms of physical strenght, Mio). You know it's ending when the main bad steps forward and the two remaining main characters are close by.
Ynot, do not see the link that I've put do me or could put please?, I can not send you this message in private because it tells me that you have full mail
Seriously. Arca had everything ready for a precise and painless surgery, but had to come Arclight and fuck everything up, then pierce Cruz's fronthead without sedation. Way to do things by using the most inappropriate methods and through the most painful manner, you ruthless bastard

I had to admit that suprise me . I mean she is the one that cut of his arm and try to kill him 3 time . And now she come with everything need to a painless surgery O_o Plus I still wonder what true she mean I mean even if she remove what she had in mind ...seem to me that there is more true than that.
I frankly, I do not feel pity for Aruka, moreover, I am glad to see that the karma to acted against it. What I think is that maybe Cruz may be the reincarnation of the second, I think, now to wait until that translates the raw in English
Wow, this chapter certainly sparked quite the discussion.
Finally home and have time to reread the chapter and post my thoughts (and read Ynot's translation, thanks again Ynot!)
Spoiler:
First off, it doesn't look good for Setsuna and Kuchinashi now that Teruyama has a Stigmata, which I might add is pretty awesome. But that could quickly turn if someone, either Saten or Riru or someone like that, shows up. Would make the fight more interesting but I don't think we'll see much of this fight, especially if this is its current form and especially if either of the girls lack any power-ups either. I'm still trying to imagine a way for Setsuna and Kuchinashi to join the good side but I don't see them switching sides after losing a fight, Setsuna has too much arrogance and pride to do such a thing. Then again, stranger things have happened.
Aruka and Disk suddenly appearing are two surprises I wasn't considering given where the last chapter ended. Seeing Disk captured and tortured is a bit sad but it's nice that she's here since she knows the most out of anyone from the good guy's side and she knows what's going on with Cruz. Having her here will be vitally important to putting everything together and it will be interesting to see how Arclight addresses her.
Aruka wanting to operate on Cruz feels like a combination of two things, one is that she knew something was different with Cruz when she stopped in her tracks and the second is when Mengroze and her were together when Cruz had an operation. There's something about Cruz's body that we don't know yet that is central to this manga and it could be from something that either happened during the flashback with Mengroze (and could possibly be related to the Stigmata that burned his hand) or happened after Cruz was revived and Aruka noticed something different about him. Also interesting to note is how considerate Aruka was toward Cruz, answering his questions rather than immediately sedating him with that drug and preceding to operate on our hero. The old Aruka would never have answered his questions and gone on with her intended plans.
I don't like gore much, so I'm going to just say I wasn't happy with the way the deaths happened but it's interesting how Arclight immediately connected Aruka's head to her body (kinda wish it had more anatomical detail rather than just 2 tubes but it seems like Imai Kami knows more about the physical sciences (heat, matter, speed, etc) than the life sciences (anatomy, physiology, etc). Seems that Arclight knew only some details about the situation which is why he had to go into Aruka's memories to learn what she was about to tell him. Pretty sly way to have the characters know what's going on but keep us in the dark about Cruz.
Last bit, I feel really bad for Cruz. He's finally happy for 2 frames when he realizes he'll be joining his friends but is immediately captures and placed on that examination table. Then his sister who has tried to kill him numerous times and has been cold to him for most of his life is about to knock him out and operate on him. Then she dies in front of his eyes before learning about himself and then gets stabbed through the forehead before receiving any explanation on anything. I wonder how much of all these events Arclight has seen since PF Blast...
Ynot's summary is accurate as far as the main details are concerned. I'll just add that Aruka is definitely still alive. The tubes connected to her head are presumably supplying her brain with blood, so she should be good and alive until she asphyxiates. Needless are pretty damn tough people it seems! Arclight merely decided to give her incentive to explain herself right that second in his own special way. Presumably Arclight can doppelganger her back together if he so chooses.
As for what's up with Cruz, well, the chapter delightfully avoids actually talking about that directly. Perhaps we'll find out next time!

I'm pretty bummed out that this fight didn't get more spotlight, and I'm also disappointed that it looks like it's going to be a one-sided ass-kicking. It's been built up to for several chapters now, so I was hoping for badassery all around. Even worse, Kami is not exactly great at handling multiple simultaneous plot threads, so who knows when we'll next see this conflict again. Though now that I think of it I'm not sure this fight would be terribly interesting since we've already seen most of it before. I agree with an earlier comment that throwing one of the Simeon big bads into the fray is just what it needs to make it very, very exciting.
I'm pretty sure that Setsuna and Kuchinashi will join with Mio in the end. If nothing else, they care more about her than whatever cause they are fighting for.

That reminds me of something I forgot to mention in my previous post...
Spoiler:
The one thing I noticed in this chapter that surprised me was that Mio punched Setsuna. It was pretty clear from the way the fight was before that Kuchinashi and Setsuna were only targeting Teruyama and not Mio. I'm sure neither would strike Mio (maybe a Maiden Restriction at most) so that's why I'm a bit surprised to see her punch her friend in Setsuna. Nothing will probably come of this but I wasn't expecting Mio to do anything besides maybe create a wall so that Cruz could escape but with Teruyama having a Stigmata, I guess it didn't need to come to this.
