I've been hearing there's quite a lot of anger over the full-length's differences (bait and switch?) from the OP cut. I'll wait for the single to release in a biiiiit higher quality (lol 240p+camrip) before judging it, though. And if all else fails, I'm sure the Shingeki fandom will have tons of remixes.

There are already some people that tried to look "cool" by making a fake "full" version of the OP by looping and changing the pitch... and a lot of people actually believe that it is the real full version... and that was done over a month ago already...

I really don't understand what problem so many people claim to have about the new OP. It didn't sound that bad, but I still cannot judge because of the same reason as you: The "cellphonecamrecordingquality".

Well, certainly not what I expected when listening to the TV size version, but not like I can really say anything unless I listen to a HD version.
Though it's funny that there's so much German in it, at least from what I could understand.
I think things like "Auf die Titanen. Der Junge von einst blahblah (wird wie erwartend???) zum Schwert greifen blahblah von seiner Machtlosigkeit. Der Junge von einst wird (bald??) das schwarze Schwert ergreifen. Hass und Zorn sind eine zweischneidige Klinge. Weil(?) eines Tages, wird er seinem Schicksal die Zähne zeigen. " or something like that? Not too sure since, like said before, the quality is not too good :x
Maybe someone who's German as well or knows German pretty good can confirm/correct me xD

Yes, what you said is more or less what I heard too. But as you also said, we will have to wait for a HQ version until I can really "extract" the lyrics again.
