Aishteruzu is another ribon manga -> anime (with coproduction by animax?). The staff is different but all ribon manga looks...similiar. They might have used the same production house for the frames ...thus the similarity in the drawings.

There's also the New Getter Robo anime in April. 13 eps in total.
2 eps per months.

Tetsujin 28* Gou is definitely an anime. It is the fourth anime incarnation based on Mitsuteru Yokoyama's classic manga from the 50s. It is going to be directed by Yasuhiro Imagawa (Director of Giant Robo, which was based on various Yokoyama works), and is supposedly going to be the most faithful adaptation of the manga so far.

Here's a trailer for Mahou Shoujo Tai Arisu by Studio 4C (scroll down, right click on picture):
http://www.catsuka.com/interf/bideo/morimoto.htm

Its really bad quality as a zipped rm file though, so obviously expect the real thing to look much better.

I'm looking forward to GANTZ anime also. The animation looks good, but I hope Gonzo doesn't screw with the storyline. *Chrno Crusade automatically comes to mind*

What country do you live in? That sux. We don't even get it here in the US. I don't think any of Omanga's projects will ever come to the US.
*wants Blame! so badly*

Konomini

Wow, after watching the Konomini trailer, you can really tell that it's by the same people that worked on Mahoromatic. It seems like 80% of the same situation and story, with a few little extras thrown in....

Anyone know the basis of Konomini, like if it's based off of a manga?

The art looks nice, not too different from the manga. (for as far as you can tell by that site, which isn't very far.)

I hope they do not divert too much from the story like most animes. I have been following Monster and am waiting for the last chapter to be released.

Well, it airs in about a week now. Hmm, I should go read the manga some more, I've only read part of it.

Is this list for Japan? Or state side? Isn't Gundam Seed coming out in April on Cartoon Network? I knew I saw it somewhere! Oh well, can't wait for the animes.
