Anger... can you control it?

I don't really get angry that much, I'm pretty indifferent to most of the things that usually make people mad. If someone in particular wanted to make me angry, I'd hold it back no matter what, maybe make some snide comments back or just ignore all together.

I rarely get angry, and if i do it's no problem since i'm a master of suppression. I often get remarks like "why're you making that bored face? (You should be angry right?)"

Well sometimes,i just ignored but if it's something which i don't like to hear or pisses me off,i would just throw things and say bad words and stuff.

Nowadays it takes a lot to piss me off, but I had a short fuse as a kid. The only person today that can consistently make me angry is my brother. He really knows how to push my buttons. Even then, I don't get violent at all.

Anyone got any tip on how to control my anger? I get angry too easily even at the slightest thing that annoys me.

Not too long ago i was very aggressive, but i'm starting to get really good with controlling my anger now.

As a matter of coincidence I had a really bad day at work today and it stems from the assistant manager.

it takes a lot to get me angry i have a very high tolerance level. i only get angry in certain situtations and i just either get ready to hit that person and then take a breather and unclench my fist. other times i just breath or walk away.

it's quite hard sometimes to control it but, i have not hit a person yet and hopefully will continue to do so.

If I happen to be feeling like a volcano, I usually rush to a close friend and discuss it. I am capable of sharp anger though. I remember snapping at this guy in class because his irresponsibility was going to foil our groupś grade.

hm, difficult to answer. i actually dont remember the last time i was really angry. i know that when i am, i tend to release the anger right away in the form of insulting words. most of the time i'm angry at a situation rather than a person. it is hard for a person to get me angry...if its a situation, then i just curse out loud at noone particular. it probably seems funny to people on the same street as me, when i cant find my way and shout out loud))

The last time i was really angry about something was about 5 years ago when i didn't have much self control on things and usually lashed out, i can say i have improved it but i get mad over the tiniest of things but then forget about it a few minutes later and go on with life
