There are no plurals in the Japanese language like in English where you just put "s" after the word to signify more than one.

So "tree" could mean "trees", and not just one single tree.

And the author of that spoiler isn't sure that it is Isley, as shown by the question mark after the name. I am assuming that he is guessing that it might be Isley, but Isley is never shown.

the first one I thought "Play Through 1" could mean "Act 1" since an act could be a play through.

Maybe, I just outsmarted myself.

They guessed that Isley is probably with the devil. The two leave Dietrich behind. Coming just to take a look, the two erase their youkis and sneak in. The two pass by a person looking like Isley, and ended by being exposed. Relieved for a moment, Deneve potentially kills. On that path, hidden in the trees, someone let something out* - Dietrich. Isley? Aside from that, the devil approaches the village. To be continued in the February issue. It sounds like Riful's youki is suppressed to AB level. This part gets sorta fuzzy. Either Deneve gets killed or she potentially kills. Either way, it implies the use of a blade. *Meaning, someone did something to get themselves detected.
