the bull arc and 3-4 eps worth of fillers.

each chapter is pretty long, so they might be able to make a pretty long episode. if you look at death note (might be a bad comparison, but) each chapter is about 20 pages, and each anime episode is about 2-3 manga chapters, shina dark has about 40 page chapters. then there's sekirei with only 12 episodes, so you never know

how often does the manga release its chapters?

and isn't it weird how ch 14/15 seems to be only like 20 pages when all the other chapters are about 40-50

also, weird how some of the bath scenes reveal the good stuff, while others seem to have steamed/erased the good stuff

Death note had a lot plot pack into its 20 pages. Shina Dark is a light weight in terms of plot, despite having 40 pages per chp.

People get tired of waiting...
Either that or people become so anxious for the series that once it is released they'll be all over it in a heartbeat... or...

I'd agree that waiting for more source material makes more sense then trying to push out an anime adaptation of an incomplete story--kannagi and sekirei are examples.

Looking really good, as usual, C.A.

Garlet looks like Corticarte Apa Lagranges from Polyphonica. (voiced by Tomatsu Haruka who is/will be the voice of Garlet )

Thanks, but actually I've had quite alot of comments in my albums on them and on the Shina Dark manga thread

But I also owe someone or some people a Noel pic and it was a long time ago lol

I have high hopes for the anime as well, but I'd wait for more manga material so that the anime has a lesser chance to be plague by filler. I trust the staff, cast and SHAFT, this anime should be really good.

Like I said, 4 volumes... still ongoing, not sure how many chapters are in the fourth volume since I don't have it yet it's probably like Xellos-_^ said, either 17 or 18

isn't Shina Dark serialized in some Monthly publication? Or is it only released in volumes?

Well, I think I don't see volume 4 out yet. Or maybe it doesn't serialized in every Dengeki Daioh?

I'm not complaining. What I'm worried about whether SHAFT decide to turn the other cheek & not follow the Manga closely as they could've. I think I can honestly say this is 1 of a few Manga series that I think female bareness + comedy + good plot = brilliant Anime.

Yeah, I kinda found that odd too. I assume that they made 2 version of the same trailer, 1 where we there's no steam (Dailymotion & Veoh) & another steam covering the bits (Youtube).

I just hope that SHAFT play closely (don't mind if they add a tiny bit) from the Manga onto the Anime.
