I think the one voicing Sora is a new seiyuu because I don't recognise her name.
Her name is Uesaka Sumire-san. She’s actually very famous in a certain community.
Honestly, I didn’t know her either but she keeps contact with producer Sakurai Takamasa-san who I know. And I’m now interested in this anime because of her.
Sumire-san is really cute if you ask me.

She’s learning Russian at Sophia University.

To all Haruhi-clone accusers:

I better not see you posting in the thread when the show airs. You all complain too much when the female lead is totally of a different persona.

I've been reading the manga, scanlated by Pinoymanga. It's a comedic version of Usagi drop,
Spoiler:

Nakajima Yuka finally got a big break huh?

She's not a Haruhi clone.

At most she has a few similarities in appearance. Her personality and role in the story are different though.

After reading what's been scanned of the manga, she's definitely NOT a Haruhi clone. The only resemblance is the similar hairstyle, which then again isn't much as it's a different colour.

And I assure you that there won't be any incest because he's only blood related to the 3 year old girl, and so what if it pulls off the Usagi Drop ending? Sora is the only one interested and there's only a 5 year difference, which doesn't even matter once they become adults -.-

Still, the fact that they look younger than how old they actually are somehow contributed to its supposedly lolicon angle....

I wish they'll do something about that in the anime.

On the contrary for me. First time I read the manga, I thought the girls look older than their appearance. I thought Sora was high school student and Miu was middle school's

Genji, would our fellow countrymen scan a manga featuring a character that is a skindeep Haruhi clone? Doubt it.

MNR was one of my favorite series as of recent, a fine example of art as much as entertainment. It's an approach I wouldn't mind a series replicating. Not sure if it'll be this one, but somewhere down the line.
