We don't know excatly what happened to marianne. It will be told in the next episode.
As for her geass, we can only make assumptions, with one thing clear, she took control off Anya body/mind.
We assume her geass is: control the body of Anya. ( Well, at the origin, she must have geassed her so that she could use her geass afterward, like we saw in this episode.)

Sorry if i'm not so clear. Anyway, in next episode... toomorow... we will know all

Most likely, Marianne used her Geass on Anya while she was still alive. At that point she implanted herself in Anya, and can now (despite her original body being dead) interfere with Anya at will, like she does to prevent her from killing Lelouch at one point (ep 18). Maybe it's a kind of body-hopping Geass? We'll find out today

I heard before that code Geass was supposed to be a 52 episode kind fo deal but it was kind of restructured to this R2 anime (not that it is bad) but does that thre is going to be a movie with an alternate story of what it ould've been like if the creator had control over the show? Or is it fine as is?

What's this whole "code geass movie" thing about? Is that a movie that's going to air on TV or in the theaters? And does anyone have a synopsis of what it's about?

also, does anyone know what the original story plot was for code geass?/ have access to what it would've been (i know they added the whole futuristic machine stuff + geass later on in the production or whatnot)

There's no movie. The section on the official website is just a preview of R2.
