This was fansubbed some 5 or 6 years ago, on tape, by Tomodachi. Tomodachi was, without any doubt, one of the best fansub groups ever. They were the ones that introduced english speaking audiences to Fushigi Yuugi and Marmalade Boy, to talk only about their famous famous achievements. But they did much more, like subbing Nurse Angel Ririka SOS, Hime-chan's Ribbon (absolutely delightful series, with more than 70 episodes, that they fully subbed and seems to be completely forgotten) and much more.
