how do we know that kallen would stay by lulu's side

Spoiler for spoilers:

the spoilers say only two things about her
the she gets offended and tries to leave only to have lulu's last words tell her his true feelings
and that she's the only OOBK member who doesnt intend to betrey him

it doesnt actually say that she stays by him
at least not immidiatly

the part about her not betreying seems to me to say less that SHE doesnt and more that she's the ONLY one who doesnt
meaning that it amphsises that all the others do
and thats the part that happens first

if the lie he tells her is (as i suspect) an attempet on lulu's side to drive her away then it could take her a while to actually except what he said and choose to return to him (if she does return,since it doesnt actually say that)

i really hope she does stay beside him (since he'd need her more then ever)
but the spoilers themselves dont actually say it

She will, because someone other than those with blind loyalty to Lelouch/Zero has to. They wouldn't do all this bonding with Nunnally if they intended to have her ditch him.

Not in this case. Where's she going to "leave" to? It's not like her ridiculously tricked-out Guren is going to blend in with the crowd, and if she doesn't go with the Black Knights she'll have nowhere at all to go to. She'll stick with Lelouch, of that you can be more or less certain.

Well, it's true enough that the spoilers say that she is the only one to not betray him, but the spoilers also say nothing about her not leaving him. If Lelouch lies to push her away or th elike, then her leaving him is technocally not betraying him, it's Lelouch pushing her away, sorta.

There's also the part of the spoiler that mentions Jeremiah becoming Lelouch's personal guard which hasn't hapened yet and this is a small worry on my part, since his personal guard so far has always been.. Kallen.

Still, I suppose they could pull a Noin (GW character) with Kallen...

Oh, come on, Turn 18's when the new Guren shows up in proper. To kill Kallen off in the midst of one of her grandest moments, just after she's finally come back to the battlefield, is utterly stupid. If you refer to the Freya, it gets used in Turn 19, according to recent Animage or Animedia episode summaries.

According to this: http://koshimizu.livejournal.com/3953.html#cutid1 episode 18 seems more likely, though one line for the summary for 19

Spoiler for episode 19:

seems like a possible hint as well.

And, yes "unknown", which means that if she'd dead or gone, Kallen can't join her indeed... <_<.

You realize the entire idea of her leaving him is contradicted by what the spoilers originally say about Kallen, right?

The spoilers say that a lie from Lelouch hurts her feelings, but as she is about to leave his last words show his true feelings to her.

Now, read how it ends. If she leaves after that, then I would really wonder what the entire point of her development with Nunally, and about how 'good of a person Lelouch is', was. Suffice to say, if she leaves Lelouch I'll eat my hat... and everyone else's too.

Kallen has never been his personal guard, she is the captain of Zero's Personal Squad. She's been his Queen, fine enough, but all the pieces around the King server to guard him. If anything, Jeremiah, the Rook, is the true guard on the King. This does not diminish her role.

Kallen will betray the Order, and leave Japan behind for Lelouch. The difference is outstanding, but irrelevant as both will occur.

Fine, but that's a bodyguard, not personal guard. Personal guard is a devoted title, bodyguard is, as in the example, a one time occurrence. Kallen can be Lelouch's body guard in bed, let Jeremiah be his personal royal guard.

Lelouch would likely be on the guard, she'd be the one on the offensive. The more this gets brought up, the more I want to see it happen for the lulz of Lelouch cowering in fear.
