The organism itself has a desire to propagate, but the DNA is changed, destroyed, and replicated all the time. But that's just what it does. The DNA itself is not going to command the organisms (human beings) as a whole to reproduce any more than the individual cells, that's stupid. Kei and Izuru might be attracted to each other, but that's because of a mix of hormones and social triggers, not because the DNA commands them to. Anyway...despite this show's shoddy science, it's still pretty interesting.

Yeah, this annoyed me a bit as well. Granted the general idea they're going for with some people having stronger survival instincts than others is acceptable (it's been done before too in Phantom: Requiem for a Phantom). I just chalk it up to a very poor choice of words.
On another note, I actually really liked that the characters have started to show some actual growth in their abilities. Plus, with no stomach aches for me to complain about that means that this episode was the most entertaining for me thus far. A lot of things were done right, and I hope that it stays this way.

Of the three mecha series running (unless you decide to count Train Hero, Ironman 28, and The Little Battler Wars also), I personally think MJP's still my favorite, though VVV's definitely the most fun to follow, and finally GSD is just something I still enjoy just for kicks PS: I'm pretty sure I counted all the mecha shows of this season already. |

We also doesn't know exact relation between Izuru and Lacus. And even if it will be romantic one (which isn't necessary true), mecha series aren't exactly most predictable in metter of pairing generaly. Quote:

I personally think they look awkward in those outfits. Rin-Rin’s personality doesn’t match the bunny suit. She’ll be better in S&M outfit . Tamaki is too goofy to be in a bunny suit. Despite her “cannons”, she doesn’t look pretty or sexy in it. The only one looks close to decent is Kei (even with her flat chest ).

I actually think they all look pretty cute. In fact I would say Tamaki looks the best because she's goofy. Bunny girls aren't exactly serious business.
As far as Jiart "recognizing" Izuru, I think that was just his surprise at seeing his enemy for the first time and realizing they were humanoid like him. |

You know thinking about it. It was said that the Wulgaru live by their desires. If Izuru ends up with Theoria, she may be accepting of a harem. and you're not a hero if you don't have a harem.

Anyway, if her desire is the most important thing, then why would she want to share Izuru with some other girls? She’ll keep Izuru all for herself since greed is a large part of desires after all .

Well, that makes sense going by how things had been developing in-series + all the advertisement. Sounds like a good episode, looking forward to watching later tonight.

Don't get me wrong. Re-watchign the show I can see a lot of the good in there that was once buried underneath the bad, and it's fun to watch and be drowned in nostalgia again ... but it's still the same show. Okay, not 100% the same show, but I more or less know where it's going and all the major beats are the same, so even if it is interesting it's nothing I hadn't seen before. Unless it concludes on a new ending that acts as a segues to the SeeD movie, which at this point would be a surprise ... Quote:
MJP on the other hand is fun to watch, but I also like due to the story and the way they've been setting up everything. From the team dynamics and how the 5 went from not being able to function together to now being reliant on each other, the slowly unfolding conflict and how we are seeing seeds for future conflicts being planted, and even little things like seeing moments where the cast bonds with their crew and each other. That and Studio Orange's work here is phenomenal. Easily the best looking CG in a currently airing mecha series by far. I wouldn't go so far as call the best I had seen, but it's definitely my favourite and the one I'm hoping breaking through into great territory by the end. (kind of beating my self I didn't decide to import the series at this point ...) Quote:
Woof. How was it that Tamaki never had a bf before?
