Les'ee, in Episode 14 he massacred many defenseless people; okay that was pretty heartless.

In episode 15 he showed some very genuine concern for C.C. So, he does still care about people.

In episode 16...well, not much to talk about there, except he freaked out on C.C., but later apologized. Oh, and he tried to make her feel comfortable (gave her pizza).

In episode 17 his dark side shows up again as he declares to go down the path of a demon. However, he does still plan to rescue Nunnally, and some people claim he shed a single tear. I didn't see it.

Episode 18 is the real ice-breaker. His sister dies, but he doesn't break down, but rather goes momentarily insane with rage.

And now episode 19. Rolo dies, but rather than condemn him in the end (even though he had pretty much every right to do so) he allows him to go peacefully, though he doesn't break down. Of course, I don't think he truly loved him and he was a sociopathic killer. However, this also seems to be somewhat of a new dawn for Lelouch as Rolo's sacrifice gave him a new reason to live. So perhaps he will become more caring.

So yeah, I think he has definitely become less emotional since Shirley's death, but his emotion and compassion isn't gone entirely.

I think it was R2 16 or something. It was more like Takami said: "I think she is expecting." (Referring to pregnancy.) The subbers just interpreted it in a way that is more obvious.
