These character releases always end up being announced way earlier than I thought,
not that I am complaining, but waiting a long ass time after an announcement is kinda fun too.

It followed a pattern and I was kinda expecting the announcement around these days. Same happend with Lambda and Will the previous 2 months.

Also, are your PC issues fixed? I don't mind doing the video transfer again with Bern's ending.

Who will Bern have endings with? We already know Lambda/Bern will be an ending, but I suspect she will have more.

If they do Bern/B.Battler, i'm going to jump off my balconey.

Probably a Bern/Will as well. Potentially a Bern/Ange ending too.
But considering how meager they did for Will and Lambda, it is very likely it won't be more than just 2 arcade ending, potentially adding more in a future patch (well, that's the huge backlash of hiring so many popular seiyuu: they are probably way too busy).

That's actually true. The Seiyuus tend to get really busy on these seasons and get hired for 2 or 3 different series that air in the same season. That's alot of work.

In anycase, Bern/Ange has to be there. Bern being the primary cause of Ange's anger towards EVA (Umineko Tsuabasa 1) and then being her pawn for the truth seeker force. I would be dissapointed if she doesn't get that ending.

As for endings: Bern/Will, Bern/Lambda, Bern/Ange and Bern/Erika. Maybe Bern/Beato and Bern/Battler - Black Battler.

Don't forget that he's already said Lambda will be getting more arcade runs, namely arcade runs with Bern as the boss.

However, what with this being the final character, i'm partly hoping for a new opening (One with Will, Lambda and Bern in it), and many more arcade runs. Iirc, they set a standard of at least 3 arcade runs (with the current only exceptions being Willard, Lambda and Erika)...it would be disappointing if they didn't go all out.

I am hoping for a new patch in 1 or 2 months that will be a balance fix with a nice amount of new arcade runs, while the current one just adds 5 arcade runs at most. then maybe a new patch for comiket which will add 3 new characters.

As for patches, now that we'll have all the DLCs, I expect some bug fixes and, maybe, one or another adding a mode (like Music Box or some addons for Training Mode, even alternate costumes).

New characters is a bit complicated. Story-wise, the only one that fits is Gaap. Any more than her, they'll have to work on a nice moveset. My opinion is: if they launch more characters, that could be Gaap (goes without saying), Amakusa (with a moveset a la Stryker in MK) and maybe Clair (she wields a swords, maybe her style could be Escrima).

Whilst adding new characters does change gameplay (look at Will and his SP Cancel), i'd rather see some changes made to the mechanics before they added anyone else. However, that doesn't mean I would be opposed to MARIA(Chiester 556 support), Featherine, Goldsmith, BATTLER or Gaap being added into the game, just for completions sake.

In regards to Clair using a sword, she never actually swung it around iirc. The only other sword user that springs to mind would be Beato (they can use Suit Beato, or Beato the Elder) where she used that golden rapier against Erika.

Well, Rudolf and Phoenix Wright do have the exact same colour scheme.

Anyway, I still think Gaap, Featherine and Goldsmith are must-adds, personally. And I would kind of like MARIA too, even though Ange kind of stole what should have been her moveset :/
