I'm having some weird trouble understanding this track. Okay, they made a movie but it's made on a unadministrated world and shown there... and it has Fate, Nanoha and Hayate as advisors on the scenes and scripts... which also has Lutecia and others helping out with the shooting of the film too?

If it's unadmin, doesn't that mean magic isn't known? Is the unadmin world Earth? Some other planet? What?

As I understand, the movies are also in-universe productions. It's stated also as the difference on the portrayal on Precia on the 1st movie: Fate wanted to show her in a more sympathetic light.

It still doesn't answer why they made (again, in-universe) the second movie if the files on the Book of Darkness case are classified. (didn't Tea mentioned not knowing what the Wolkenritter are at some point in StrikerS?)

It's a conflicting source. Tsuzuki outright said when the first movie was in production that it was an alternate universe with a different progression of events, which is at odds with the sound stages produced by Megami--so who do we believe?

The creator of the franchise, or the magazine company that occasionally made fourth-wall-breaking sound stages to clear up matters that couldn't really be explored in a canonical setting?

One doesn't exclude other BTW. DYRL is in-universe movie in main Macross timeline and it's part of it's own DYRL-some games-Macross II timeline that is separate from main one. It could be same here.
