For some reason, I like using the LOLtraktor as my starter rig; so far scored a few kills but otherwise I'm learning like how to take a hull-down position, and try not to linger for too long.

In general though German tanks are the worst units to learn hull-down techniques with, as they generally have poor gun depression, barring the Tiger P and some premium tanks. On the upside, they have good optics, which is why by and large they make good snipers.

Hull-down is the preserve of many American tanks, by the way, especially the iconic Sherman M4.

Also, it ain't healthy to be stuck on the bottom of a valley, so easy pickings on either side. Some others think they could climb up stairs or take a swim, with laughable results.

Rapid-firing is good for putting in barrages, but lose some accuracy in the process.

I have a large warchest from playing my StuG III.

Okay game, but the near 180° turn by tracking the Cromwell is hilarious.

Which should be easier than getting ace with the T-25 (the aim time for the T-25 is annoyingly long).

A game where me in my Centurion 7, IS7 and Pershing turned the tide from 8<12, had my kills stolen several times here.

Wow, are you running a sniper kit on that thing? Considering everyone is swearing but it recently, I wonder if I should go back and give the Pz4 and StuG a try running the L48 and L70 .. instead of the derp. I do notice I have all my Radley-Walters on the Pz4 with the derp though..

The Chaffee is a bloody beast I tell ya... it might not have strong armor, but the speed and firepower more than make up for it. At 137 pen and appx 20 rpm, this thing is basically a very fast Ram with a gun effective even against T8s.

Now, I usually don't get anything less than a Tier X match in my Chaffee, but this morning, MM showed mercy (& poor judgment) and situated this puppy in a Tier 7 match. The result was 3 kills, each involving an exploding turret. The victims were 1 Churchil, 1 KV-1S and ... 1 Tiger!!

Gah I love this thing...

8.3 is coming to EU servers tomorrow, pretty excited about that.
Did someone play on test servers and can comment about the Chinese line?
The tech tree starts diverging in tier 5, until then it's light tank only.
Wonder what tank substitutes the T-34 after moving from U.S.S.R. to Chinese tree.

Vent, Rammer, GLD for equipment.

BiA for the crew.

Experience from using a turretless StuH 42 to snipe for player skill.
