Yuuki Aoi certainly has an interesting interpretation of Kyubey... it is simply impossible for us to accept this at face value.

Absolutely. Ao-chan herself makes a point of saying this is just her fantasy, and that we have to watch the show to find out if Kyuubei is male or female, and what kind of being he/she is. She herself, however, was imagining Kyuubei as a shounen that the color pink suits.

It's a bit impetuous of me to do so, but I've changed my strategy on this uploading business a bit. There will be a zip of everything I have downloaded recently (of Mami) and my post will be what I find to be the "most finished" of what I've come across. As a result, this post may feel a bit sterile but you'll find everything else including sprite art, jokes, mecha design, monochromes, sketches, and more esoteric fanart in the zip. Depending on how quickly new fanart appears on Pixiv, I might just follow this format from now on for batch posting.

In one episode Mami kinda implied that Kyubei was 'a boy', I forgot the context though. Something like that boys shouldn't rush girls or so. Guess that's an info we should take with a grain of salt then? (and I also view him like Ao-chan, though maybe not that cute)

The general fanart rush has calmed down now that the show's in the flow. And we may get more again when the next episode has aired, depending on what will happen I guess.

Fun random trivia time. Right now there are more pics of Charlotte by herself than there are of Homura or Sayaka solo. Mami has 11 of the 14 1000+ user bookmarked Madoka Magica images to herself. Madoka has 2, and Charlotte has 1.

I wonder how many people thought "Gate of Babylon" instead of "UBW" when they saw ep 1.

Like last time, the zip has comics, lineart, images that have more of a sketch quality in the character art or the background, or they are cleanly done but unremarkable (or slightly less remarkable than what is posted). Take a look if you like Mami and are not already ~~obsessively~~ collecting her pics like me. I tend to be a stickler for odd styles, so if you find my taste to be bland or atrocious, see if you like something in the zip. Zip here (~49.4 MB).

L0L. I like her, but not that much as i do with homura. XD i prefer her over madoka and sayaka and kyoko though.XD
