Like how the other regis knights husband burned to death. Who didn't see that coming? Especially with how annoying he was being. And what kind of villagers go 'hmm, there's a guy who's possibly a berserker and gets stronger the angrier he gets. Let's all go to his house , pose intimidatingly and THEN annoy him to get him to go berserk"

You'd think the whole point was not to anger the berserker -_-

It's not supposed to make sense. People act irrationally when they're in fear or panic. I can cite the Salem Witchcraft Trials and hysteria as a historical example. One way to test for a witch was to sink the accused in a pond or a lake. If the accused floated to the surface, he or she was deemed a witch and executed. If the accused sunk and drowned, then he or she was not guilty.

Yeah, I bet if it was demonstrable that witches could kill you with a look instead of just being helpless little girls there would have been a whole hell of a lot less angry mobs and a whole lot more running.

I hate those 'no-win' trials. That's like having a knife made of silver and you have to get stabbed in the heart to prove that you're not a werewolf. But...how many normal people live through a knife stab to their heart in the first place... or something stupide like that.

I don't pity those villagers at all - I knew that they were too dumb to live and when he went apeshit on them, I was nodding. All because of that horny jerkoff got cockblocked. We men can be such idiots sometimes.

Felix was pretty badass in his Blood Fines mode. Not bothered that he couldn't handle it in the end. Granted it was an instant power-up which I'm not a fan of, but he doesn't remember or can control it. Rest of the volume was a little drama romance wise I guess you can call it. Adding another member to the knights. Then ending things with Felicia taking a hit for Felix. Volume 10 looks like it might focus on the baddies more...

Well the Tourny's over -thank goodness. So Felix lost the match on a technical point but he won over a descendant of Urameshi*. Good job Felix but oh how quickly you go back to being so useless and whiny.
