For me this volume 20 it already shows some maturity, volume 3 in the own author gives emphasis on how it is smarter to the extent that he talks to Birdway and tells her to examine the "stuff" that Saronia was trying hide with her lie about your skills and at the same time devised a plan along with Umidore to get out of that situation with the mercenaries. But that of spoiler, Wow, if there was an image that I do not believe, I still can not believe he managed to deceive Birdway.

If it was any other author I'd guess bringing Frenda back would be a way to lighten the sins of a certain level 5. But this is Index so it's gonna be freaking awsome is all i can think atm.

About the girl, I think it's that one new neko girl that appeared in NT 2

Fräulein is the German language honorific previously in common use for unmarried women, comparable to Miss in English.

Kreutune is probably her name... Unless what Kamachi meant is 'Kreatin', then that's rather rude

So Thor is a guy? There's been a lot of him and her going around so I'm confused.

Also, can someone provide more info on IB that was revealed? For starters, how does the hopes and fears of all magicians defeat Superiore a Dio? Can someone expand on this reference point stuff? How does this explain its connection with dragons and why did it choose Touma of all people?

At this point just be patience for the translations, more out-of-context spoilers on top of confusing spoilers isn't going to be of much help clearing things up.

That's pretty standard for harem creation. I'm kinda hoping Accelerator is the one that indoctrinates Kakine though, without killing him again.
