This is another science fiction story set into a bleak future. Not much is known about the production company, or the source material, other than it will be airing on TBS. Synopsis is taken from animenfo.

This is another future that the Cold War has continued for 140 years. The earth is divided into two worlds, the East Block and the West Block. Under the false peace keeps its balance by the meanance of nuclear, two worlds continued their war. What does Mylene Hoffman see in the conflicts of spies living in bloodless world?

Watching Cyborg 009 as a child, and being an ardent fan of Ishinomori Shoutarou, I had reservations on hearing of the announcement for a 009-1 anime.

However, upon seeing episode 1 at the TBS Festa, my skepticism was for naught.

Of the 6 shows featured during the event, I liked 009-1 secondmost to Kanon, and certainly look forward to this series.

That's very good to hear the show is interesting. If it weren't so ureasonable, I would have asked for some screencaps. Seems October will be a really good month. Can't wait for Kanon either.

Same impression here. Very James Bond like, and music is very Iwasaki Taku like.
It looks like it's going to be a mission-of-the-week type of show. But I like it so far, the action is done pretty good, and the gadgets the cyborgs have are pretty cool.

The cartridge of the micro machine gun that the enemy man shot the scene which a cartridge rolled with episode 1.
Because it comes out by a counter-attack that a thing and the cartridge which "Mylene" shoots fall, it may be incomprehensible, but.

I understand that the cartridge which fell is footwear of a man from a thing equal to a cartridge falling into a floor.
The kind of a cartridge is the same the enemy man's pistol, too.

By the way, description of ejection Cartridge not have seeen even the original manga....

If "Mylene" 's twin breast gun is micro machine gun , her breast takes the voltage at the time of shooting and may get possible to stiffen.

Otherwise a bullet accepts rolling of the breast and can shake even if I do not make much of a hit rate, and it is not possible for even minimum aim by casualties by a shot effect.

In addition, a bullet is a thing such as a needle of around 2mm, and Cartridge belt may be set in the cone shape of an umbrella to roundness of the breast.

Does the bullet supplying perform the capsule which a bullet was in by oral treatment?

Yui, I saw your name and thought I should give this a chance. Thanks. I'm glad I did. Loved the character designs and the somewhat updated old-style look. The show is well put together, in many ways.

Each breast (bust) moves it voluntarily to some extent like a gun turret, and shooting seems to be possible.
When it was improved, the breast moves, but it is the grounds that sounded in total so that "Vienna" and chatter of a saying electric motor actuator can shake for sound effects if it thinks with milk rolling in merely action.

It is expected that I can shoot separate objects with both breast turret when I think in this way

Probably just a silly theory of mine, but I thought that the "009-1" title was a reference to the kunoichi (female ninja - one of nine, see the wikipedia article

It seems pretty good so far, but it's too episodic. I hope they have an underlying plot or something, but it doesn't seem like they are going to have one.

However, upon seeing episode 1 at the TBS Festa, my skepticism was for naught. Spoiler for Episode 1 impressions: My biggest concern was the acting of Shaku Yumiko, who isn't noted for being an exceptional actress, and probably selected for the voice acting job due to her resemblance with the protagonist. But to my surprise, she did an excellent job. My second concern was how TBS would handle the violence and fanservice on terrestrial broadcast. The fighting scenes were smooth, and they didn't back down on the killings scenes. As for fanservice, although the nude scenes were covered up, there were plenty of Mylene pantsu shots during the battle, quite rare for TBS. Being episode 1, there wasn't much room to probe into the characters, but the plot is quick paced and interesting.
