I dunno, there's some sort of... uncanny charm when it comes to a girl who slashes a knife at you with a cute smile on her face. I mean, yeah, you can look at it from a psychological standpoint and say that she is a traditional sadist, but when you look at a smile like this, how can you say no?

Well, it's not like any of the main girls are underrepresented, after all, they each have their fixtures within the fandom:

There's also plenty of fanart for the boys, especially Kyon. The only character that doesn't seem to have a corresponding amount of fanart is Tsuruya, which is strange considering how much everyone likes her, not to mention the fact that she's the most recurrent secondary character.

Tsuruya actually has a fair amount of fanart for her if you look for it.

Fair, yes, but still not as much as the main three, and even lagging behind Asakura. I see more Asakura images on Pixiv and the other search engines I use to find pictures. Tsuruya one are seemingly much fewer and farther between, although it's not like there's nothing out there.

Granted, I should know that all it takes is devotion to get a big collection. My Asakura folder is over 3 GB after all...

I like this image, being the devout Mikuru-ist that I am (who... dabbles in Asakura-ism). She's still got that innocence/sweetness about her, and the background is rather calm and serene (though the stars are tacky in my opinion)... though unless I'm not getting something that's completely obvious, there are a couple... characteristics I'm not getting. For one, what's that thing around Mikuru's arm, two, what is she holding, and three, if she wasn't holding said object, would this be NSFW? Just asking, since this nice image seems a bit... abstract to me, and I'm possibly not seeing something that everyone else is.
