Based on the last two characters being labeled differently and the way the other characters have been introduced, I'm guessing that the framing story will be Jeanne Amakawa getting interviewed by Julie Hayashibara for a news piece, and Julie will tell her all about the history of Primavera.
EDIT: I can't make out a lot of the kanji, but the Japanese introductions in the PV confirm that Jeanne and Julie are both from the 21st century, and Jeanne is the narrator. She also seems to be the head of the Japanese mafia, among other things.

I love the PV… makes me really excited about this game.
It's great that Witch Hunt were able to help translate the text. As for the resolution, as far as I know NScripter supports a maximum resolution of 800x600, so they'd have to use a different engine if they wanted a higher resolution than that. Yes, ONScripter can scale the game to whatever resolution you want, but it can't re-scale the game while it's running. So if the resolution was 1280x720, the game wouldn't appear correctly on displays with a resolution lower than that (1024x768 is still extremely common). Also, some people like playing in window mode (as opposed to full screen), and a high resolution would make that impractical. Anyway, I'm really looking forward to Rose Guns Days. I hear there might be a trial version? Can't wait to find out more about this game.

The PV has awakened different emotions in me, seriously
Music, atmosphere, and characters ... all wonderful But, there were some characters that were not shown. PS: I've made a quick spanish translation of the PV. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4yKSnDsBXU

Yeah, the music is really cool. Its both classical and jazzy. I could have swore I was hearing Mozart's 40th Symphony near the beginning of the PV. Most of the characters look unique and interesting... except Philip Butler kind of reminds me of a character from another one of his stories >_>

Since we are talking about that kind of stuff, putting the artists and their respective characters:
Souichirou (Umineko: Episode 4): Rose, Richard, Stella, Meryl, Keireiji, Miguel, Julie Suzuki Jirou (Higurashi: Tatarigoroshi-hen, Umineko: Episode 2): Leo, Philip, Lee Ninagawa Yaiko (Monokoke): Wayne, Cyrus, Amanda Ryukishi07: Claudia, Alfred, Jeanne Souichirou got the spotlight, and I color me quite pleased with that, especially how this guy managed to design rose that way, and still pull some badass chars like Richard and Keireiji. And good thing Suzuki only designed guys, because he really has trouble with girls (I swear, Tatarigoroshi really irked me...)

It's great that R07 thought about fans outside Japan and included a translation in the PV. Thanks both to him and you guys for doing it
I'm also satisfied with the amount of (hot) male cast, happy fangirl is happy. While going through tumbril I found lots of stuff about Rose Guns Days: Spoiler for massive character designs with more quotes and info:
And moar images from tumblr (most of them taken from pixiv) Spoiler for space:
