Not really. He had that one good series against the Lions where he converted 3 third downs on a single drive. Other than that, he hasn't been "the third down guy" necessarily. The entire team is floating close to 30% around the same place as last season. That's unacceptable.

No, all kinds of plays. Did you see the Detroit game? What were there, eight drops I believe?

Though as the Minnesota game showed, it can't win on it's own yet.).
Yes we'll see what happens. I just thought the 49ers would have moved beyond these basic struggles by this point.

And the year drags on for my Auburn Tigers... what has happened?!?!?!

Granted we have a curse when playing Arkansas before 12CST... but this year is just turning-out horrible!

Man, how bad do they have to be to lose to a coach that literally declared bankruptcy, and a team that lost to UL-Monroe, got blown out by Tex A&M, and lost at home to RUTGERS.

The LSU and UF game finally ended. I was surprise to see UF and I am happy that they won. Quite ugly though on both sides, really expected a blow on blow game with constant scoring. MY prediction was around 40 or 50 points on each team, didn't expect something lower than 20.

*Sigh*

Talkin' 'bout kickin' a man when he's down...

Don't I know it... I keep thinkin' they will turn it around, but they have no offense this year. And, a defense can only keep you in a game so long when the offense isn't producing!

Of course, once again, I mention the curse!

Jesus Christ, Flacco. You have more than one receiver! Stop trying to throw every ball to the same person.

And I benched Eli Manning in favor of Flacco.

$@$%@#%@#$%@#$

Just when I thought he's getting into a groove similar to the past two weeks.

I benched Brady in favor of him. I figured Baltimore was one of the highest ranked offenses, and Kansas City one of the lowest ranked defenses, compared to how shutdown the Orange is...

Ravens better make some freaking adjustments for the second half.

The Colts are the most fortunate ever. Draft one of the greatest QB of all time when the Chargers took Ryan Leaf. Then get Andrew "Football Jesus Christ" Luck after just one bad year.

And the eagles bit the dust. My gut told me that my d would let the steelers trounce down the field and score. Christ it sure feels like most of the time nowadays it is better to have the ball last in a close game so you can just move down the field with ease and hit a field goal.

While the Packers lose. Today is a good day.

And a note:

Briggs and Peanut both scored TDs off of interceptions -- two weeks in a row. No other team can brag that.

Niners blew the shit out The Bills, and the team has had 979 yards on the ground so far this season. If The Niners can keep this up, they might break the single season record held by the '78 Patriots.
