I'll save Zarxrax the trouble. As has been mentioned many times, they have gotten a new translator since that note went up on their website and they ARE working on it.

The manga was licensed a while ago, but the anime is certainly unlicensed. It's just really difficult to get everything correct.

*still waiting for lots more Mizuiro Jidai and Salaryman Kintaro*

Again, I really hate to come off as whiny, bitchy and ungrateful, but I REALLY wish A-E would finish off Slam Dunk. There's only 3 episodes left!

Curiously I often see projects stall when they get that close to the end. I wonder why that is.

Hmm, you're right. They did the same thing with the last two episodes of Get Backers. It does make you wonder if they have some kind of internal policy... maybe to make one purchase DVDs when the series get's licensed.

Or maybe they have some kind of "whine" policy. Ok, two more people complained about Get Backers. Add two more days to the release date

Heh. Live-eviL never gives up, except with Nadja. I understand that they need a translator to help with Dr. Rin. I'm not sure what the problem with Yawara is. Be assured though, they haven't given up hope.

It was aired in Italy a long ago, but brutally interrupted at eps. 35 if I remember, and this left me with a lot of questions... So now my only hope is fansub (wishing you're right) T________T

Gad Guard is far from stalled. In June a very good group of people started releasing it and will definitly complete it. You can check out their Gad Guard page here.

I must say, all of their releases I've seen are top notch, so you shouldn't be disappointed.

(BTW, if you haven't realised it yet, Gad Guard is very much licensed, and DVD releases have already started.)
