This is really random, but as I noticed it playing the games right now, I just want to say that it was really unrealistic the way they made the teacher dress. Like it's this crop top that's translucent at the top half and they made it a point to have her nipples bulging out.
I mean, if they really need gross fanservice like that, then at least make it semi-realistic--no teacher dressing like that could keep a job in a school setting.
Sorry, it just irritated me.

Most of what ServantOfPriss said plus don't forget or maybe you haven't reached that part where you can see that Yuuko is really excentric and not just your average teacher, there's a lot of things the faculty lets to slide regarding her.

There are implications throughout Extra that Yuuko has dirt/leverage on the school principal and other important personages, which is why they can't do anything to her.

Knowing Yuuko, I'm pretty sure that it involved Marimo in some way, to be used for Yuuko's advantage.
