Just experiment with brushes, different backgrounds and C4D's. After you got the hang of that, you could try to play with the gradient maps and adjust the saturation/levels. Just naming a few things that I do normally, when making a signature Primarily: Follow tutorials! AnimeSuki also has a great tutorial thread. It's definitely worth checking out. You might even try to do some animations. I would love to have some more colleagues around here And if you have any questions, you can always ask them in there. ...Good luck!

Good experiment with the borders and the shadows. The shadows do make the avatars 3D. What gets me though is that the border somehow feels a bit "rough" and sharp. You could use different colours for each avatar as well . Like using the sample tool to get the colours of their eyes to use the colour as the border

You're both right ( and EroKing) about the problem regarding the "sharpness". I'll try today again!!! Again thank, Krytonis and EroKing!!! |

If I had to choose, I would go for the second ( less distraction ) or the fourth ( colors work a little more better on this one). Way too much bright sparks/stars on the third even f the fourth have the same issue.
