I don't think she would have a problem with that. After all, it even seemed like she got mayo injected into her body in the hospital.

The same label that's on the grape drink is now filled with a yellow substance. Himawari likely sits at her computer for hours at a time (not that I have room to talk on that). Put two and two together here. I thought it was merely implied in her debut episode, but that screencap basically does prove the fanon true.
