somehow I can't Imagine Eri's mom... considering that IMHO Eri in her alternate hairstyle looks like a mature version of Kirino while somehow her lil sister (Arisa) reminds me of Ilyasviel... nah... probably just me...

I don't really see it that way. Comparisons only lead to disappointment.

Most anime characters look the same in some shape or form so you just take the good and ignore the bad.

Eri is Beautiful. (Good)

Kirino is whatever. (Bad)

back to topic (about Eri's mom), If I remember correctly there're some ballerina photographs other than Eri's herself on her desk right? I'm not really sure who's that. But I guess the she's either her mom or grandmother...

third panel: (Even more guessing. i'd give it 10% that is the correct translation.)

Eri:None of your business (You should not be bothered by it.).
Kotori:What the!!?

Strangely I recongnized one of the kanji in first panel from Nyaruko. So "Crawling Chaos" gave a hint.
