Well when you read the description, it really does sound like he is basically inviting people to make juvenile semen jokes with Fridge-kun. Though somehow I think the original text doesn't stand out like that at all.

I've got a question, how did Thor cure Kamijyou after being attacked by Kateune again? Wasn't it's been established in vol 6 that healing magic(and magic in general) doesn't work on Kamijyou's body due to his right hand? Or did Kamachi just retcon his own rule regarding IB?

from what I understand, he just electrocuted the Touma, something like that Mikoto did, but on a lower voltage.

Thor used his electricity to shock the 'biological weapon' in Kamijou's body. He most likely targeted the torso or something that wasn't in direct contact with his right hand.
