Hmm, when this first aired, I hoped it would be popular enough for its manga to get picked up by some scanslation group (because of the sexual jokes, I'm sure none of the publishers in my country would pick the manga up). Too bad it doesn't seem to be popular enough

Well... while this show may be getting the attention it deserves in Japan, people seem to have completely missed it around here >.>

But oh boy... the characters in this show... everyone from Akutabe to Sakuma to the demons to the passerby are just so much fun lol.

This show appears to have become a sleeper hit in Japan while getting little attention among foreign viewers. Based on pre-orders, Azazel-san could hit 10K copies in Blu-ray sales.

So it was about what 6/7 weeks ago when I saw this thread and took a gander in here to see what it was all about and after reading it it sounded like something that would really appeal to me, I meant to check out some eps but didn't get round to that till now.

And yea it def appeals to me, love this type of humor(altho I love all types of humor)
This show is abit messed up but there charm in that twisted nature!

This has to be one of them shows that the VA must be having a blast doing

Only got 7 eps so far, getting a hold of the rest is taking it's sweet time but I'll get there.

Thanks for the heads up! I have been waiting FOREVER for the 2nd OVA but now im SUPER emo now that Beeyan is gone........I KNEW it would happen cuz the title of ep 13/finale is called Beelzebub. If nothing happened to him, the title wouldn't be special.

DAMN IT THO! WHY BEEYAN?!!!

HE IS MY MOST OBESSED NEW CHARACTER!!

But I will hang on the hope that he will be bought back to life in the finale cuz Beeyan is too AWESOME to just disappear like that!!

I think the 13th episode is final.

iirc there are quite a few volumes so it's possible they can still do another season.

And Azazel learns not to get on the bad side of Sakuma the very horrible way in the OVA.

I didn't watch episode 10 until just now and boy did they go all the way there? >.> I almost puked at that poop curry scene despite knowing precisely what was gonna happen. I like how creators giving main characters negative characteristics. That was a d-move from her towards her "friends".
