I gt some question for ebay/paypal
i am going to setup a paypal account and dont own any credit card.My bank account is POSB ,now i have several questions 1) i know that sending $$ doesnt get charged but the receiver will get charged by whatever % listed there .I also saw a "return fee" what does it do? 2) I read about the reverse of transaction and didnt understand this part.Eg: you are a seller in ebay[sell small stuff like cards] and the buyer choose regular mail .So the buyer pay $ then u click "ok to ship" right?? After that the buyer decided to play cheat and claim item not received. What method do you use to settle this? 3) I want to link the posb acc to the paypal ,should i use a credit card or debit card?? which 1 is preferable?? Is there anyway to apply online or must go down to the bank and do the application?? 4) Lets say i sold a stuff in ebay which is $10,when the buyer pays the $$ the amount of $ i receive is lesser than $10?? [minus $$ due to ebay charge and paypal charge] Your help is appreciated ,thanks.

I am watching food inc. and I have a question about something filmed inside the slaughter house (Smithfield Packing Company), it was mentioned as a kill floor. pigs gets pushed away and all of a sudden they are all dead.
How does such a kill floor work? |

Try to imagine this:
You have a novel, a comic book and a TV series that are all based on the same show. Novel = Light Novel Comic Book = Manga TV series = Anime To explain light novels it's probably best to imagine a manga with much less illustrations and much more text. |

I have a question about Japanese/Asian clothing sizes
I saw this wonderful skirt: http://translate.googleusercontent.c...L48EE10I9gPVvQ However the size chart is confusing to me, specially the waist part: http://www.nissen.co.jp/sho_item/size/080300722.asp This skirt, is it supposed to start at your belly button or higher? I don't get it do Asian women have tiny waists or something? If I measure my waist at my belly button I come to the maximum of 79 CM, but the other measurement they have listed for hip is then far too big for me, my hip size is around 2 sizes smaller than the amount they have listed with the corresponding waist size |

^As far as I know, Japanese clothes, size-wise, are measured at the same places as Western ones; however, their sizes - at least for men's clothing for things like 'S', 'M' and so on - are smaller when compared to U.S.'s.
From that sizing chart, for each size given from 58 to 76, it looks like it's breaking down the dimensions for those 4 listed areas. A size 58 should be suitable for a woman with (up to) a 60-cm waist and 90-cm hips, an inseam of 52-cm, and 125-cm circumference (or whatever that is called ) as measured from the bottom. Not everyone fits in some marketing idealistic size chart anyway; I'm sure you know this.

If I was you, I'd only look for the waist here, since it's a skirt, and the design is more puffy anyways. Do what you think is right...

Thank you ^^
I know those sizes seem very weird.. same with sweaters and shirts, for some reason they hardly have bust measurements fitting for people who have a C-cup either >.< |
